In which I tell you about my lunch break.
I went home for lunch because I have no cash. I passed The Ex and Truck on the way down 2nd street as they were going the other way in the Big Black Truck.
Truck called me and said, “Your brake light is out again. I know I said I’d do it, but will you remind me when I get home tonight to fix that for you?”
“Sure,” I said, walking up the driveway.
I made falafel (in a pita, with hummus, tahini, lettuce, onion, and avocado – yum!) and had a big glass of lemonade. Bindu ate kibbles while I cooked.
AmmZon called and said, “I want to take the empties back. Can I use the jeep?”
“Sure,” I said, and told her she could come pick it up from me at work in 20 minutes or so.
Then I sat on the back deck in the sunshine and ate my food. The end.

Bindu ate kibbles while I cooked.
I’m not dyslexic or anything but for some reason I misread that as “Bindu ate kiddies while I cooked”
Just out of interest, what the hell are kibbles anyway?
Kibbles are dog food. You don’t know what kibbles are? I thought it was a Brit word! -m
You always eat the best food! I haven’t been reading ANYONE lately and am far behind on you. So hoping you are doing well. A new job has been keeping me insanely busy. Got your comment about doing something with my page–yeah, I know, I know, I have THE MOST boring looking page, but I am terrible about making decisions…and what happened to my little brother I will never know. Still thinking about the change and will definitely let YOU know when I want to change it. Anyway, XO’s to you and I’ll keep reading.
