In which this is the best spelling error ever. Ever ever ever!
From a random eBay listing Truck had been perusing:
“I prefer Echeck. (Paypal only charge a flat $5.00 fee on Echeck) Postal money order, Bank wire transfer are all accepectabal.”
Now, there are so many errors in grammar and punctuation here it’s all I can do not to correct them. But then, the pièce de résistance:
Accepectabal.
Accepectabal? Accepectabal?!?
*collapses into a fit of giggles*
Accepectabal!

Oh my god, woman. Make it stop. Please, make it stop!
Oh but how I wish I could! -m
I was closing a loan with a woman last week when she suddenly stood up and proclaimed “I know this isn’t very ethnical, but I have to go to the baffoom!”.
Ethnical? WTF?
Keep in mind: She SAID it. She wasn’t writing!
I’d say: it certainly isn’t very ethnical! Not ethnical at ALL. -m
In the last 2 weeks at work I have heard “generalistically” and “naturalistically.” Apparently, if you’ve a Ph.D. you should feel free to add as many suffixes to a word as you so wish. The more syllables, the smarter you are.
Or something like that.
Obviousistically. -m
My old boss recently sent me an e-mail asking about the new job and how I was missed at the office, blah blah blah. I responded with something along the lines of “No one can fill MY size eights!” and his reply? “I’m impressed, as always, with your humbility.”
I love it.
*chuckle* -m
Accepectabal? Can I buy that over the counter, or do I have to go and get approved for a prescription?
You totally need a subscription from your doctor. -m

OMG… “accepectabal.” Priceless!
I know, right? You can’t buy that shit. It has to occur naturally. -m

He’s my linguistic hero. Dude. -m
It’s alright to do ebays– as long as you don’t inhale.
*Cough, cough, cough.* -m
