In which weekend-in-review takes on list form.
- I bowled a 163 Friday night! I think that’s my highest game ever.
- I visited Ray and T-man in their new house after bowling.
- I made an incredibly good soup Saturday.
- My man’s in Cedar Rapids all week, so I get the whole bed to myself.
- Nasty Little Whore has invited me over for dinner tonight.
- Brokeback was in town for a week and I missed it.
- I did not manage to see the Oscars last night.
- I am way underdressed for the weather today. (Luckily I keep slippers under my desk here at work so at least my feet are warm.)
- Three days ’til goblinbox.com turns five years old!

Love Jon. -m
yay for warm feet! 🙂
Correction: Brokeback was in town for two weeks.
Well fuck. Now I missed it twice as much. -m
Wow, 163. I am not sure what would be the highest for me but I am certain it’s damn good. I don’t score high because I worry about my nails too much. So that I cannot bowl well. My nails are more important than scores…
I wonder if there is anything special on your 5th blog anniversary. 🙂
Ask Clem, soup saturdays are the best!
Slippers, good idea! I once read an article that the record-holders for coldest offices were in Japan. Their offices averaged 70F. Well in this office, it’s not uncommon for the temp to be that low, or lower. In fact, the air conditioning is often fired up in here, even in Jan and Feb. Heaven forbid we should bake in a 72F office.
I have 5-years worth of archives to plow through? Damn, you make my site feel tiny and young.
Aww. -m
